We built Sentrix, a highly secure, on-premise Enterprise AI architecture designed to serve as the plant's cognitive heartbeat. Sentrix acts as an autonomous digital copilot, instantly analyzing complex mechanical faults to provide highly accurate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and exact maintenance steps. The platform includes an offline-first mobile interface that allows technicians to log critical telemetry data in total network dead zones, securely caching the data and automatically syncing upon network reconnection. By continuously cross-referencing live data inputs with historical logs, the system detects early warning signs of equipment failure long before critical SCADA alarms trigger.
// How we made it happen
Our team began by processing and digitizing decades of OEM technical manuals and historical TOMMS records to build core Vector Databases (RAG) for the specialized AI agents. We deployed a centralized Multi-Agent AI engine directly onto localized, high-availability GPU servers within the plant's air-gapped infrastructure, ensuring absolute data sovereignty with zero cloud dependency. To eliminate physical blind spots, we developed a rugged mobile application with high-contrast, industrial UI that securely synchronizes field data with the core server. Finally, we implemented a centralized analytics hub for the control room to monitor holistic plant health, track predictive anomaly alerts, and automatically dispatch the most qualified mechanical specialists based on the specific fault profile.
